Studio Manta Flow is a private, appointment only home studio in the beautiful Scarborough, Perth. We offer personalised Pilates and functional training classes designed to help you move well and feel your best.

From springs to heavy weights, we’ve got you covered! Our contemporary Pilates studio blends the precision of Pilates with the power of functional strength training. Whether you’re deepening your Pilates practice or love weight training, we’ll find the movement that feels just right for your body and goals.

Our space is fully equipped with professional Pilates apparatus including reformer, wunda chair, springboard, spine corrector and a great range of free weights and small props. Through our structured, balanced and progressive classes we will help you reconnect with your body and achieve your fitness goals in a supportive space that nurtures strength, longevity, and self-care.

MEET YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER

JAQUE WALDOW

Jaque brings over a decade of experience in the health and wellness space, with a background grounded in education, movement science, and functional training. She began her career as a Physical Education teacher before expanding into personal training and Pilates, driven by a lifelong passion for movement in all its forms.

Curiosity and a passion for movement led Jaque to complete a postgraduate degree in Circus and Gymnastics, where she studied alongside Olympic gymnastics athletes and Cirque du Soleil artists. This diverse background allows her to deeply understand movement biomechanics and individual client needs - whether the goal is to address a specific concern or support a long-term wellness journey.

Jaque’s classes are purposeful, challenging, and empowering. She is known for her ability to meet clients where they are, while guiding them safely toward strength, confidence, and progress.

Choose between Pilates, functional trainingor a hybrid approach and let us design a program that works for you. 

Private

Experience a fully personalised movement journey with our one-on-one private class, designed to support your individual goals, needs, and lifestyle. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to you - your body, your movement patterns, and where you are today.

In a calm, private, distraction-free setting, you’ll receive the undivided attention of your instructor. Precise cueing, hands-on guidance, and ongoing feedback allow for deeper awareness, improved technique, and steady, confident progress.

Private sessions are ideal for all levels, from those new to Pilates to experienced practitioners, as well as anyone managing specific injuries, returning to movement, or seeking a more focused and intentional approach to training.


$70 per class | person

Duo

Duo class offers a semi-private training experience designed for two. Ideal for friends, partners, or family members, these sessions combine personalised instruction with the motivation of training together.

Each participant receives individual attention, with exercises tailored to personal goals, abilities, and movement needs. Guided in a calm, focused setting, you’ll benefit from precise cueing, hands-on feedback, and a supportive shared experience.

Duo classes are suitable for all levels and are perfect for those seeking a more personalised approach than group classes, while enjoying accountability, connection, and progression together.


$80 per class | shared between two people

Trio 

Trio Class offers a semi-private training experience for three people, combining personalised coaching with the energy of training together. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the needs, abilities, and goals of all participants, while still allowing for individual attention and guidance.

Training in a supportive, focused setting, you’ll benefit from expert cueing, tailored exercises, and shared motivation. Trio sessions are ideal for friends, family, or colleagues who want a more personal experience than larger group classes, without losing the connection and accountability of a group.

Suitable for all levels, Trio Class helps build strength, improve mobility, and support better alignment, all while moving together with purpose and progress.


$90 per class | shared between three people
